MinGW compiled octave crashes |

Running Octave, compiled with MingW, GCC-4.5.0 gives me the following error:
The application failed to initialized properly (0xC0000005). Click on OK to
terminate the application.
The same error happens in MSYS enviroment as well.
What library am I missing? What is wrong and how can I fix it?
