Quick update. Executing "lpr test.ps" instead of "lpr -l test.ps"
finally allowed me to print "test.ps" file, so it seems that "-l" option
is broken on my system, but previous Octave (3.0.3) did fine, maybe
3.2.4 added "-l" somewhere on the print configuration. I will see if
"cups" downgrade or upgrade will solve this.

Thanks,

Al
