Persistent .mex files (undeletable when octave is active)

Hi,

I have this nasty problem when creating my own .mex files.

I can run the mkoctfile scrip as much as possible until I run the actual
function created by this c file.

clean -a, clean -f cnewtonSqrt, clean mex don't work.

Windows indicates that Octave is using the .mex file. My thought is that
there must be an option in Octave to release the file.

The only 'solution' I have is to restart Octave. And I know I must be
overlooking something simple.

I am running Octave on a Windows pc, installed from Octave Force.

Thanks,
Joris
