I am new to Octave (and MatLab for that matter) and I am
trying to evaluate if I can use Octave for a project on a WinXP Pro 32-bit
system. I seem to be running out of memory when I try to run a m-file. To simplify the troubleshooting I reduced the problem down
to a(3000,3000) = 0; b=imrotate(a,5); this gives an error: memory exhausted. I have 2.6Gb for
physical memory. Do I have any options? Ian Journeaux Manager – Process Technology Phone:
