I didn't say the FSF were doing any wrongs. The GPL requires
GPL-compatible distribution. The copyright holder of any file (usually
the author, could be authors or employer) may choose any
GPL-compatible license for that file without violating either the
letter or spirit of the GPL. If you have questions about what the GPL
says or are uncertain about some segment of the FAQ, I would ask
address@hidden for clarification.
