Yes. hdf5 was upgraded in unstable recently and changed its ABI,
resulting in a SONAME bump. This means that all packages using that
library must be recompiled against the new version. As all -forge
packages use Octave's link flags, they are all linked against hdf5
(though I'm not aware of any package actually using hdf5 in any form).

Wait, either for the release team to act on this (it's their realm,
called binNMU) or me to loose patience and upload new sourceful uploads
for the -forge packages.

An alternative is recompiling the packages in your environement (You
can't break much, it's the same I'm going to do).
