Hello

The problem seems not to be a general problem and is difficult to answer.

BTW, does your gnuplot itself work correct ?

Please go to octave bin folder (e.g. C:\Octave\3.2.3_gcc4.4.0\bin) and execute 
gnuplot(.exe) directly
?

Try to plot by gnuplot

gnuplot> plot sin(x)

Does the above work correct?

That is beginning of trouble shooting.
