I made a GUI app using Python and GTK+. In that application, I used 
Pytave (Octave module for Python) to execute Octave code. I'm the Pytave 
maintainer, and I haven't heard anyone building Pytave for Windows 
though. Any help with regards to that is welcome.

I suggest you don't use all caps (LIKE THIS), in my opinion it looks 
obnoxious.
