Do you want control size of gnuplot window?
If you would like to change default size, change a graphic window size by mouse 
dragging and then
click graphic windows bar by the right mouse button.
A menu will appear. Goto Options ->Update C:\Cocument and 
setting\(LogOnName)\Application
Data\wgnuplot.ini.

You can also change default position of the window, default font, and line 
style.

If you want change size from the script, please use a tool like sed or awk to 
modify the C:\Cocument
and setting\(LogOnName)\Application Data\wgnuplot.ini.
