Re: MinGW Octave/setup.exe installer for Windows98

Hello

The maintainer of Octave-3.x.x_i686-pc-mingw32_gcc-4.3.0_setup.exe, Benjamin, 
and other people who 
are related to octave on MinGW (for example, me) do not have PCs worked on 
Windows 98.  Therefore
please try them  by yourself.

Windows 98 is obsolete and  no longer supported by Microsoft.  Thus if they 
does not work on windows
98, the maintainer need not consider PC working on windows 98.

Anyway I hope that you are successful in installation.
