I'm just attempting to convert a few small models from a higher level
language called ACSL (Advanced Continuous Simulation Language) to
Octave
for teaching purposes. My area is compartmental models of biology,
and
particularly physiology and nutrition using ode's and in particular
Michaelis-Menten enzyme type equations. I would be most grateful if
anyone could point me to publicly available examples of octave .m
files
of anything similar that I might use as a guide to use in converting
some of them.
All help most welcome.
Thanks
Jim
