why do i get this error when i say help plot in vista

hello all,

 

    I don’t know why do I get this error?

 

    I have octave3.0.1 installed on windows vista home edition.

 

    if I say

 

    > help plot

 

    following error occurs

 

    AllocationBase 0x0 BaseAddress 0x715B0000, regionsize 0x150000, state 0x10000

    c:\program giles\octave\share\pctave\3.0.1\m\plot\plot.m *** couldn’t reserve space

    for cygwin heap, win32 error 0
