Re: MLS code for bounty?

Hi Sergei and thanks much for your reply... I'm afraid, as mentioned 
earlier, I don't really know what I'm talking about. I used the word 
"algebraic" only because it's my understanding that the Chinese 
Remainder Theorem is algebra. Other than that my use of the word was 
probably misleading. I guess I realize now that generating the MLS may 
have nothing to do w/ algebra.

I would be interested in looking at the open source MLS implementations 
you mention-it's possible that if I could generate the MLS I could take 
it from there w/ some help from friends who are less ignorant than I.
