OCTAVE GLPK

Hi

I am trying to compile MPITB\octave  on IBM Blue\Gene L.


But, I got

configure: WARNING: GLPK library not found.  The glpk function for solving linear programs will be disabled

I need them to do linear programing. Especially,  GLPK library .

How to install these libs ?
