Hello Jaroslav

This time I tried on mingw not on cygwin.
There is no automated installar for msys^1.0.11 so that I still use msys 1.0.10.

This time I have installed make for msys 1.0.11.  The problem is solved. 

However the msys 1.0.10 seems obsolate I will have to change whole system to 
Msys 1.0.11.
