Hi
I'm new to this list.
Heard about Octave from a collegue at work.
Looks very usefull as it has the same script syntax as matlab and nearly all the same librarys.
Most of all I like the python interface that it seems to have making it possible to extend with pylibs and pythonbased web-servers as www.plone.org
Found some examples on how to run octave scripts from python some weeks ago but where was it.
That's my big Q.
PS. Have used matlab / simuling for many years and also the matlabwebserver in previus version of matlab.
Would aslo like to update my cookbook web-site ( listed at web3d.org ) http://wbsp.arb.ltu.se/wbsp/ on web calculations, though the demand for web calculations are not so high.
Appreciate any tips?
