These are errors from gnuplot. If you have an older version of gnuplot
than 4.2.2 then this is due to a bug in the code in gnuplot to handle
the pipe from Octave. In that case upgrade your gnuplot. If you already
have 4.2.2 or newer then send the a short code example that causes these
errors.
