octave-3.0.1+octave-forge (Only partly supportted) for Mingw (temporal)

Hello

Sorry my condition has been not so good I cannot distribute the octave for 
Mingw papackages.

Here I have placed the  octave-3.0.1+octave-forge for Mingw

Unlike the previous distribution, all files are packed in a single file.
In addition, no explanation is attached.
