Gnuplot 4.2.2 and zoom

Hi,
I compiled gnuplot 4.2.2 (the latest cvs version from sourceforge) and the right click zooming in octave 2.9.13 don't works. I've tried to set mouse or gset mouse in my octaverc but a syntax error occurs. How can I zooming?
