default path to M-files for 2.9.13 on Windows

Hi, 

this might sound as a very fundamental question, but I looked all over Octave 
documentation and googled the web to find out:

where does 2.9.13 look for M-files on Windows? 

2.7xx looked at C:/ProgramFiles/... GNU_Octave.../octave_files, but that 
directory doesn't exist in 2.9.13.

Please let me know where you got the info from.
