I have constructed a libcholmod.a revising the Makefile.
First I did not aware that cholmod_analyze.c and
cholmod_nesdis.c depend on the Metis.
So the following build error occured.
/usr/local/octave-2.9.13/lib/libcholmod.a(cholmod_analyze.o):cholmod_analyze.c:(.text+0x1379):
undefined reference to `_cholmod_metis'
/usr/local/octave-2.9.13/lib/libcholmod.a(cholmod_nesdis.o):cholmod_nesdis.c:(.text+0x3a86):
undefined reference to `_cholmod_metis_bisector'
/usr/local/octave-2.9.13/lib/libcholmod.a(cholmod_nesdis.o):cholmod_nesdis.c:(.text+0x3d19):
undefined reference to `_cholmod_metis_bisector'
I have construct next libcholmod.a without
cholmod_analyze.o and cholmod_nesdis.o.
In this case, CSparse.cc (CSparse.o) and dSparse.cc
(dSparse.o) caused the link error.
Can I really construct the chomod fucntions without metis
?
