Concerning CDMA Network Post-Installation Optimization

Goodday,

Pls I'm seeking to carry out a performance evaluation
of optimized techniques for post-installation CDMA
networks. I am however at loss as to which simulation
and modelling tool to use for the design of a CDMA
network model to use for my simulation..After much
thought and research, I plan on using MATLAB or Octave
to do my
work...I am facing time constraints, so I would
greatly appreciate if you provide me with a Octave
code to implement a CDMA network model to carry out my
optimization experiments...I eargerly
await your reply. Thank you.
