Dear all
I stumbled over the new jhandles package on Octave Forge. I
downloaded it and tried to install it, but got a strange error:

octave-2.9.13:6> pkg install jhandles-0.2.0.tar.gz
error: the following dependencies where unsatisfied:
jhandles needs java >= 0.0.0
-----------------------
Any hints?
