Ok, I added a __OCTAVE_VERSION__ m4 macro and added this macro to the
mainpage of the doxygen documentation.. As for the cosmetic changes, all
of the webpages are under CVS in octave-forge under the doc/ directory
so you can make what changes you feel are necessary.
