Your patch uses __gnuplot_raw__, so it is not correct for the current
CVS version of Octave.  Since the plotting system has been almost
completely rewritten recently, I'm only intersted in patches for
plotting functions that are based on the CVS sources.  Also, please
send context diffs.  Simple diffs like the ones you sent can't be
applied reliably.
