what about Octave FileExchange area (like http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/)? |

If some authors (that usually publish their files under GNU GPL there) will
switch to publishing in Octave web pages, it will be very nice for Octave
spreading. And Octave users will be sure that files downloaded from Octave,
not MATLAB fileexchange area, will certainly work OK in Octave.
