Thanks for the feedback. Could you try without the " characters? That is
edit('editor', 'C:/Program Files/Good Editor/Editor.exe `cygpath -wa
%s`')
and
edit('editor', 'C:/Program Files/Good Editor/Editor.exe $(cygpath -wa
%s)')
It would be of great help,
