dlmread only returns empty matrix

Hello all,

I have a small question regarding dlmread. I try to read the attached
file with the following command:

F=dlmread('/home/gerald/Measurements of Tv12.txt',';',3)
And I get an empty matrix

F = [](6x0)

with the correct length but no data inside. Could any of you point me to
my error
I run version 2.9.7 on a linux (ubuntu) system
