I am using Octave 2.9.7. The mat file I tried to load containing a matlab class. After I remove it, then I can load. So the question is does octave supports matlab class object? How can I load such object saved by matlab in mat file?
Thanks
Frank

Which version of Octave are you using? Octave 2.9 can load .mat files
from Matlab 7.

No, Octave itself is command line only. There are attempts to create a
GUI for it, but so far these attempts are alpha software.
