can anyone tell me how to find .gnuplot on WINDOWS (XP)?

i have octave-forge 2.1.73 and would like to know how to zoom and do other things, but i need to find the .gnuplot folder and i cant seem to find it anywhere here.

It is possible in gnuplot 4.0, but you need to enable it in gnuplot with
the command "set mouse". This can be done automatically by putting the
command in a file called .gnuplot in your home directory.

There are others. See the octave graphics mailing list archives. My
experience is that while some of them do some things better than
gnuplot, none of them can really do everything that gnuplot does (2D and
3D plots), which is why gnuplot is still the default.
