odessa in 2.1.69

Hi,
There used to be inbuilt compiled codes odessa.oct and
odessa_options.oct in the older versions of octave (2.1.{49,50}). I am
running 2.1.69 on debian box, where I do not see any such functions.
How do I fix this ?
