The Octave Control Systems Toolbox beginner question

I'm a beginner in the Octave Control Sys Toolbox,
and I don't see some common nonlinear 
transfer functions realized here,
e.g. a delay with the transfer function exp(-sT),
a relay ...

Is it really so?
