New Version of AquaTerm

If you use gnuplot/AquaTerm on your Mac for octave graphics, Per has a new
AquaTerm-1.0.0 available as a .dmg installer. It can be found in the
download section of http://aquaterm.sourceforge.net/. I have no idea how it
differs from the previous 1.0.b2, but in my initial tests, I had no
problems.
