Thank you for your answer.
I used Matlab6.5 and Octave2.1.69.
Actually, my m.file has following structure:
INPUT READING PART + CORRELATION CALCULATION + FFT
I think that time most time-consuming part is the correlation calculation
which has inner product operation loop.
