Will Octave 2.0 branch be in Debian 3.1?

I noticed that the 2.0 branch of Octave is in Debian Sarge. With Sarge
frozen, and the next stable release of Debian a month away, does that
mean the 2.0 branch will be part of the next stable release?
Given how long Woody was around...
