octave-forge mailing list

Hi
I have some functions I really should be submitting to octave-forge, but 
I can't seem to subscribe to the octave-forge mailinglist. When I try to 
subscribe to the mailinglist I get a mail I'm supposed to reply to. But 
when I try to reply I get a new mail saying that my reply could not be 
delivered.
Any ideas on what to do?
