gnuplot 3.8i on cygwin with Octave 2.1.64

Hi all,

Some plotting commands of octave are sending set terminal X11 1 to gnuplot, 
but i'm currently using a windows version.

How can i change the default set term command issued by octave to gnuplot, 
to set term windows?
