Hi!
I'm a newbie. I was able to install Octave 2.1.64 but soon found out
that this version has broken surf and mesh functions. There is a patch
(pl-plot.cc) in the bug-octave archive but I don't know how to use it.
(Does it only work for those who follow the CVS versions?)
I'm using a hard-disk install of Knoppix. I installed Octave using the
DEB files from Debian repository.
Thank you for your help.
Ernie
