Dear Sir/Madam
I am having problems with the notepad that is the
default program for the Windows version of Octave. Every single character
that I type there it a "|" appearing on top of
the character making impossible to read it.
Then when the command runs it disapears. I
would greatly appreciate if you could give me any advice. Best
