How to integrate two-viariables function fixing one

Hi, everyone,
   I have a problem about quad. Since I can't found the answer in 
documents, I have to post here.
   Suppose I have a function with two viariables, I need an integrate 
for its first viariable fixing the second viariable. Because I need a 
series of integration by change the second viariable, it is impossible 
to define new function for every integration process.
