Well I had see that the function logm is not very robust, I had an
implementation of the paper of 1999
S.Cheng, N.Higham, C.Kenney and A.Laub "Approximating the logarithm of a
matrix to specified accuracy", Numerical Analysis Report No. 353,
Manchester Centre for computational mathematics, Manchester , England,
Nov. 1999
I want to know how can a contribute my code to Octave
