ellipj in octave-forge computes incomplete elliptic integrals of the
first kind, using m instead of k^2.
Use google:
elliptic integral second kind matlab
to find two or three implementations of the incomplete integral of
the second kind.
Once you have verified that the function computes what you want
it to, and assuming the license allows redistribution with
modifications for any purpose, please submit it to octave-forge.
