Change to parse.y

Hi,
just a quick note/question.

Seems like my bison 1.28 didn't like the last change to parse.y
Guess we need to bump the version info in the makefile?

I'm trying to finally get down to fixing shared builds on OS X,
picking friday the 13th to do it probably wasn't very bright ;-)
