Didn't download emacs or vi, just don't like to perturb my
working system by loading it up too much more than
necessary.  

Someone mentioned using 
  http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html

After downloading the non .dll version which was only
261KB, program works great, is one step above notepad, and
now I don't really need much more editing power.  

Also, edits .lua scripts I use elsewhere.
