A little more privacy

Is there any way to obfuscate this group's email addresses
a bit?  

Everytime I post a question, my mailbox is inundated with
spam.  

I appreciate being able to email directly to people who
answer questions, but the cost is a bit high [spam]

Most groups provide a little more isolation than this one.
 

Anyway to improve it?
