LP needs a maintainer

Hi,

If there are any experts in linear programming out there,
the octave-forge lp program needs some maintenance
work.  The last example in the octave-forge CVS tree
(main/optim/lp_test.m) gives an invalid answer.

Let me know if you can help, if you know of other GPL 
compatible linear programming packages, or if you 
know of any linear programming test sets.
