need help plotting

Hello,
I am hoping you can help me or direct me to someone who can. I am using PGI 
Workstation on UNIX red hat. I am trying to graph a file named plotfile.gvs. I 
am trying to plot it in Octave but am not sure how to use it. The plot file 
originally came from compiling pmarc_14 code.  Hopefully you can help me, for I 
would really appreciate it.
