octave-2.1.50 with octave-forge-2.1.36

| I don't know how fatal are the above failure but I was able to run 
| octave.

These are known problems that may not be fixed for a while.  Since
this seems to alarm people and has been reported many times, I've
changed the test suite to report them as "expected failures".
