sorry, just catching up on the discussion.  

To assist you all in transferring the wiki to a more reliable host, I
have tarred up the current wiki and put the tarball at:

http://gnufans.net/~deegowiki/octave-wiki.tar.gz


The current wiki is an oddmuse wiki, oddmuse is a derivative of
usemod.  Any other way i can be of assistance, just let me know :)

i would be happy if the wiki is moved to a more stable and reliable
host, and am myself a bit frustrated by my cable connection problems.
