power system toolbox

Dear members

Since octave does not have power system toolbox ,Iam planning to devlop a
power system toolbox with the following facility steady state analysis(load
flow).short circuit studies,transient studies and harmonic studies.I would
like to know if any of the members are intrested in working together.
